What makes BespokeCue

The principles and capabilities that shape how we work — and the promise we make to every player who trusts us with a commission.

01

Our vision

To be the cue-maker players trust most for a truly personal instrument. We build cues that not only look and feel exceptional on day one, but stay true and balanced for decades of play — each one carrying the signature of its owner.

02

Our mission

To give every player a cue built precisely around their game — considered from the first conversation through timber selection to the final coat of finish. We stay with you for the whole journey, turning a vision into the cue you reach for every time.

03

Core values

Craft, precision and longevity. We put the player at the centre, work with uncompromising attention to detail, and deliver consistent quality on every build — whether a first commission or a tournament-grade flagship.

04

End-to-end process

From consultation and design to turning, inlay, finishing and delivery — every stage happens under one roof. That control guarantees timelines, quality and absolute consistency between the build sheet and the cue in your hands.

05

Workshop capability

A dedicated workshop with precision lathes and seasoning racks lets us control every cut and every joint — optimising balance, shortening lead times and inspecting quality piece by piece.

06

Quality promise

The right timber, the agreed specification, delivered on schedule. Every cue is backed by lifetime servicing — our confidence in the quality we put our name to.

Our story

Two decades of craft

What started in 2000 as a single cue-maker building custom cues has grown into a workshop trusted by players worldwide — without ever losing the hand-made approach that defined the very first cue.

2000

The first bench — BespokeCue began as a single cue-maker building custom playing cues for local club players.

2006

Growing demand led to a larger workshop and a dedicated timber seasoning store, supplying players nationwide.

2012

Invested in precision lathes and inlay tooling, taking full control of every stage of the build in-house.

2018

Began shipping commissions worldwide, with cues now in the hands of players across dozens of countries.

2023

Expanded the exotic-timber library and refined our finishing process for an even truer, more durable hit.

Now

Over two decades and thousands of cues later, BespokeCue keeps raising the bar for hand-crafted, made-to-order cues.

Players

What players say

After nearly a month of playing with the Custom HOW PLQ, I can confidently say it has been a highly worthwhile investment. My first impression was the outstanding craftsmanship. The inlay details on the butt are meticulously finished, giving the cue a luxurious and premium appearance. It feels solid, well-balanced, and comfortable in hand, with a secure grip that remains stable even during long practice sessions. What impressed me the most is its performance on the table. The HOW PLQ shaft offers excellent cue-ball control and minimizes unwanted deflection. On deep side-spin shots and long-distance draw shots, the cue ball travels accurately along the intended line with very little adjustment required. The feedback is clean and natural, allowing power to transfer smoothly from the stroke to the cue ball. The hit feels crisp and responsive, accompanied by a sharp, satisfying sound at impact. Overall, the Custom HOW PLQ delivers excellence in both design and playing experience. It provides the confidence needed to handle demanding position-play situations and is truly a cue that serious players can rely on for years to come.

Fell in love with Custom Exceed 2-06s3 the moment I picked it up from BespokeCue! The stunning flame design with iridescent abalone inlays is gorgeous. Perfect balance, smooth hit, excellent control and power. Best playing cue I've owned. Must-have!

Mike Thompson ( Marryland, USA )

I recently purchased the EB-4 custom cue and it has quickly become my favorite playing cue. With its sleek black finish and stunning abalone inlays, the EB-4 looks premium and feels solid in hand. The Radial joint with 3/8/10, Uni-loc, wavy 1 & 2 options ensures a perfect fit and smooth connection. Weighing 14.5-15.5oz and 12.5mm tip, it delivers excellent balance and control for precise shots. The grip is comfortable, power transfer is strong, and spin is easy to manage. Highly recommended for serious players!
